Legal Last updated 27 September 2026

Please read this alongside our other policies. If anything here is unclear, ask us — we would rather explain it than have you agree to something you did not follow.

MyUnclaimedWealth.in (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Zotrock, D2-1203, Cleo County, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201307. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We collect only what we need to help you, and we never sell your information.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to anyone who visits myunclaimedwealth.in, fills in a form or quiz on it, or contacts us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

2. What we collect

Information you give us:

  • your name and mobile number
  • optional details you choose to share, such as a company name, a folio or certificate detail, or a short note about your situation
  • your answers to our short questions (for example, whose investment it was and what papers you have)

Information collected automatically:

  • the page you contacted us from, and the date and time
  • your IP address, which we use to prevent spam and repeated automated submissions
  • basic technical data from your browser (see section 6 on cookies)

What we do not ask for on this website: we never ask for passwords, OTPs, bank PINs, or card numbers through this website. If anyone claiming to be us asks for these, do not share them, and write to us at info@myunclaimedwealth.in.

If you later ask us to help with a claim, we may need documents such as identity proof, share certificates or legal heir papers. We collect these only after you agree to go ahead, and we use them only for your claim.

3. Why we use your information

  • to call you back and understand your situation
  • to check records and explain the right route for your case
  • to prepare and follow up on a claim, if you ask us to
  • to keep a record of our conversations and the work we do for you
  • to protect the website from spam, misuse and fraud
  • to meet our legal obligations

We do not use your information for anything unrelated to your enquiry. We will only send you updates about other services if you have agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only when it is needed to help you:

  • Companies, registrars (RTAs), depository participants and the IEPF Authority: only when we act on a claim you have asked us to handle
  • Service providers who help us run the website and our work, such as hosting and email providers, bound to keep your information confidential
  • Lawyers or other professionals working on your case, where needed and with your agreement
  • Government or law enforcement authorities, when the law requires it

We never sell or rent your personal information.

5. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don’t go ahead: kept for up to 24 months from your last contact, then deleted
  • Claims we work on: records kept for as long as the work continues, and after that for as long as the law requires us to keep them
  • You can ask us to delete your information earlier (see section 8)

6. Cookies

This website uses only the small cookies it needs to work properly and to protect forms from spam. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may then not work as expected.

7. How we protect your information

Enquiries are stored in a private, password-protected system that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the people who need it to help you. The website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires if a breach affects you.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • correct or update information that is wrong
  • delete your information, where we are not required by law to keep it
  • stop contacting you
  • withdraw consent you have given; this doesn’t affect anything done before you withdrew it

To make a request, email info@myunclaimedwealth.in. We will reply within 30 days.

9. Grievance contact

If you have a concern about how we handle your information, contact us and we will look into it:

  • Email: info@myunclaimedwealth.in
  • Address: D2-1203, Cleo County, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201307
