1. What we do

MyUnclaimedWealth.in is an independent service that helps people trace and recover unclaimed shares, dividends and related investments. This includes claims involving the IEPF, transmission to family members, and demat conversion. We help you understand your situation, prepare documents and follow up with companies, registrars and authorities on your behalf.

2. We are independent

We are not a government body, and we are not part of or approved by the IEPF Authority, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, SEBI, any stock exchange, depository, registrar or company. Company names on this website are used only to identify where your shares may be held. They do not mean that company has endorsed us.

You can also approach companies, registrars and the IEPF Authority directly yourself. Many of these processes do not charge a government fee.

3. Checking is always free

• Checking your case with us is always free, for every type of asset.
• No fee is due until a claim process starts. Before any paid work begins, we meet or speak with you, explain the route, and agree the fees and scope with you in writing.
• You are under no obligation to go ahead after a check.

4. No guarantee of outcome

The outcome of every claim depends on the records held by companies, registrars, depositories and authorities, and on their decisions and timelines, which we do not control. We will always tell you honestly what we find. But we cannot guarantee that a claim will succeed, how much will be recovered, or how long it will take.

5. Information on this website

The guides and pages on this website are general information, written in plain language to help you understand your options. They are not legal, tax or financial advice for your specific situation. Rules and procedures change, so please check the current position for your case with us or with the relevant authority before acting.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give us true, complete and up-to-date information and documents.
• Only ask us to act on holdings that belong to you, or that you have the right to claim (for example as a nominee or legal heir).
• Don’t use the website to submit false information, spam or harmful content, and don’t try to disrupt it.

7. Stay safe

We will never ask for your passwords, OTPs, bank PINs or card numbers, and we never ask for an upfront fee just to “release” your shares. If someone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for any of these, do not share them, and write to info@myunclaimedwealth.in.

8. Links to other websites

We may link to official websites (such as the IEPF Authority or company investor pages) for your reference. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Intellectual property

The text, design and content of this website belong to Zotrock unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or republish the content without our permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the general information on this website, or from delays or decisions by companies, registrars, depositories or authorities. Our responsibilities for paid work are set out in the written agreement we make with you before that work begins.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Noida (Gautam Buddh Nagar), Uttar Pradesh.
